In the program for this course, we are referring to different chapters in the book Seilerboka. This book is the most complete, educational and well-written book on sailing published in Norwegian. If you can read and understand the Norwegian language, this book is recommended for the purpose of getting the most out of this course. Although it is not an absolute requirement for your participation, buying the book will be a valuable supplement to the course. You can use the book to prepare for the sailing course, as encyclopedias along the way, and to learn more about sailing on your own after the course. You can buy the book directly from us on our website or by attending a course. It can also be ordered directly from Blue Ocean Media publisher or from several bookstores. One copy of Seilerboka will always be available in the boat for you to read it there.

We strongly believe that learning by trial and error is the best way to learn. For that reason this course is organized in a way so that you get the most time possible at the sea with practical exercises and good guidance along the way.

On this sailing course, there will never be more than 4 participants, giving the instructor plenty of time to follow up on the individual.
If all or part of the program for the sailing course is not possible due to bad weather conditions, we will set up new times for the remaining program.
